"We arrived late on Friday evening after traveling for several hours. Learned elevator was out upon arrival, assumed it was something they were working on until another guest helped us to our room on the 3rd floor, and said the elevator had been out all week. The next morning on our way down the steps we noticed the 3rd floor landing and steps had about a 1 to 1 1/2 inch height gap that could easily present a safety fall risk. My mother has had 2 knee replacements and I have bad knees myself. We never imagined that we would have to climb 3 flights of steps during the duration of our stay. On Saturday morning my son begged to get in the pool and it was very murky like they had made no effort to clean it. On Saturday evening the pool was closed because it was so gross. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"We passed on breakfast, as it didnt look fresh. Husband said the coffee was horrible and threw it out. It was ok for 1 night. To be fair the receptionist was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, bed was fine. I'd give it a B+ especially for the price."

"Staff is very friendly. Room was clean and updated. Love that they have laundry facilities. Very accommodating on letting us stay later than checkout since we had later flight. Breakfast was okay ,that is my only okay everything else was great. "

"This place is TERRIBLE! We arrived at 7 PM and our room still wasn’t ready. The front desk told us they were having issues with housekeeping and that the bed wasn’t made, but it would be “10 minutes.” Twenty minutes later, the room was finally done — and it was still NOT clean. There was no shampoo, the room was dirty, and they do not clean your room during your stay. If you want fresh towels, you have to bring your dirty ones to the front desk, and they only give you one set of towels for two people. You have to repeat this every single day. There was dried blood on the comforter, the kitchen floor was filthy, and the breakfast was extremely limited. Both mornings I went down, there was either no coffee or it was cold — which tells me it was leftover from the day before. Absolutely disgusting. There’s even more I could mention. When I complained, I was told the manager would comp my stay. I appreciated that, and before leaving I confirmed it with the manager — he agreed. But they only comped one night, not the entire stay as promised. If you want excuses, broken promises, and a dirty, gross, poorly managed hotel, then book here. Otherwise, stay far away."

"This review is about the initial check in since I will never stay at this location again. Even though both Expedias website and the Hilton app for this hotel location states there is free parking - I was charged for parking. It’s the principal more than it is the fee. How do you arbitrarily charge someone for something that you literally have to search for on their website. That set the tone off wrong to begin with because it’s deceitful and bad business. Then we booked a king suite and was put in a 2 queen accessible room. When I called down to question - Arlen the front desk person continued her less than average customer service and let me know she doesn’t see that on her side - even though I have a receipt stating the room reserved. The hotel is full and they of course don’t have any rooms left. Lastly, the bedspread on one of the beds is dirty! I honestly do not understand how this hotel gets such high ratings… beware!!!"
