"When we booked and received confirmation of booking instructions said they would send us code for building 48 hours before arrival. We never got any information had to contact them on day of check in. Reason I would not recommend: We were staying in room 107. The kitchen floor had splashes of clear liquid and brown liquid (coffee?) The sofa was visibly stained in many spots and so uncomfortable (felt like springs were poking thru). "Very nice traditional hotel with well equipped amenities. Would be wonderful if a small mini fridge is available in the room. Should have beautifying the back garden and the front of the hotel with flowers to welcome visitors even more"

"The room was great and the hotel was well kept. However no on let us know we needed a reservation to sit in at the restaurant. It's kinda annoying that we had to order and take it back up to our room."

"This is a little gem! Convenient to all of our excursions . The bed was heaven! Great pillows! A fan was provided. Bathrooms were clean with good smelling products. I like that our room had a separate toilet room from shower room. There were plenty of places to store luggage, clothes, etc. They provide earplugs in case it gets too loud downstairs, but we didn’t really need them. "The room was a good size, very clean and the staff were fantastic. The only downside was the TV options. In 2026 one should be able to use their own Netflix or other streaming service on a hotel TV. We were only there for one night and wanted to wind down before a long flight the next day and after a three week vacation"

"I had a wonderful 2-night stay at the Glynhill Hotel; the staff were amazingly friendly and couldn't do enough for me. the rooms are beautifully presented and clean (the toilet was a little bit of a squeeze - but I am a big fella) the food was amazing, from the all-you-can-eat breakfast to the restaurant to the room service. the pool was in perfect condition and not too busy, which was a help. I would definitely stay here again."

"we stayed in room 4 and despite having a radiator this was centrally controlled by the main reception. we found this out on night 2 as when we went to bed on the first night we whacked the radiator on thinking that would be that but nope, cold as ice through the night. reception did sort but the room didnt get that warm so assuming the thermostatic valve wasnt fully operational. the shower screen squeegee at the bottom didnt properly fit and a gap up at the hinge point meant water escapes onto...

"This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel and it just gets better. My only disappointment was we were only staying for one night and not many more. The staff are outstanding in their friendliness and helpfulness. Our room was amazing too! We were visiting family in the area so it was only a short walk from the hotel.
