"Lorraine was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She greets you the minute you arrive and gives a rundown on how everything goes. She gave us a map with some recommendations of things to do and places to eat. She also makes breakfast every morning and you have more than enough options so you can get something different every day. We will be staying here every chance we get."

"We had a really comfortable stay at Dakota Glasgow. We were travelling with our nine month old baby, and the cot provided was excellent – they even included extra blankets for her and a teddy bear. The bed was also very comfortable. The hotel feels modern and well maintained, so everything works smoothly. "I think this is the best place I’ve stayed for many years. Everything was wonderful. The room was fabulous, with extra touches like a record player and records.
