The cleaning/maid staff was so great - they even brought up cookies and fresh bottles of spring water before bed!! The concierge, Tracy, was really helpful and Oscar, our server in the Café Chelsea, made my daughter's birthday breakfast a great experience. "

"Visited Manhattan for the first time in April 2026 and decided to stay at this Executive Hotel Le Soleil New York. Overall I'll call it a very good experience, and would potentially stay there again. Very convenient to the common mid-town attractions, including the Herald Square subway station. There is a nice steakhouse restaurant connected to the hotel that we chose not to eat at. Also, we opted out of the breakfast package, so I cannot comment on it. "Hotel is situated in a great location. Near Penn Station, so transport to and from the JFK airport using the Airtrain is convenient. Hotel is clean and cozy, and you are surrounded by coffee shops, quick service restaurants and a Whole Foods a convenient five minute walk away. We had a great stay!"

"The location was great! We even walked back from shopping on 5th ave to the hotel. The room was small but it was fine as we were in and out. All linens were Frette, bed was super comfortable, and the shower was hot! We were on the 9th floor so we didn’t hear any street noises. Breakfast was grab and go but there was a hot option and there was space in the cafe if you wanted to sit and eat there. It was a perfect stay for the weekend!"

Le seul bémol avons réservé 1 chambre avec 2 lits queens et chambre plutôt petite avec très peu de rangement uniquement quelques cintres dans un placard. Nous sommes servis du bureau pour mettre nos vêtements. Salle de bain très agréable et très propre. Les lits vraiment très confortables. Établissement très agréable. Les bagages sont gardés gratuitement...

Even though we paid for a king sized room where the bed should fit 3 people, with the lack of space on the room I would not recommend it for more than 2! Staff were very polite and appreciated the free biscuits in reception and the cold water."
