"The hotel was nice. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Expedia needs to fix their description of certain rooms having a clothes washer/dryer. We booked the room specifically because it said it had a washer/dryer, but it turned out to only be a washing machine with no dryer functionality. So we still had to end up carrying our wet clothes to the public dryer machines on the other floors."

"1) Very nice building and clean room. 2) Hotel location is not too good, no restaurants or shops nearby, however, you can walk about 20 minutes to get to Lalaport shopping centre or you can take local bus as well. 3) To go to Kashiwa city centre you need to take bus route #1 and cost ¥300 each way. 4) Breakfast was okay, not too much choice to choose from. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with reasonable prices."

Meal costs: Breakfast: 2600 yen Lunch: ~4200 yen (couldn't find the listing to confirm) Dinner: 6000 yen We ended up eating konbeni items instead. They do offset a shuttle to Aeon Mall, to be fair, but we didn't notice during our stay, until we were leaving. The internet also leaves a lot to be desired. Also, the pillows are pretty bad.
