Well priced hotel handy to ferry

This is my 6th stay at the HW. Its well priced hotel, good location close to ATM, Mall restaurants and most importantly the close to the harbour where ferries leave to go to the Mentawai islands.

Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit, vriendelijk en schoon

Erg fijn hotel, bijna aan het strand dus veel frisse lucht en met een heerlijk zwembad op het dak. Geen overbodige luxe. Prima prijs en zeer schone kamers.

For budget traveller

if you are on a budget this is a reasonable place to stay. It is low cost so don´t expect perfection or luxury: There is a pool on the roof but the water was somewhat green. Sheets and towels were not completely clean. The breakfast was quite good if you like the local food. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Overall it was a decent experience, we extended our stay.

Awesome breakfast

After a horrible night at a hotel up the street this hotel was amazing! Friendly staff and nice, clean rooms! Did not have time to check out the swimming pool, but enjoyed the lavish breakfast. We even got a packed breakfast on our last day when we had to leave early! Would definetly stay here again.

Ansprechendes Hotel in guter Lage

Das HW Hotel in Padang verfügt über ansprechende Zimmer mit ordentlicher Einrichtung. Bezieht sich auf das auch für zwei Personen ausreichend große Standardzimmer. Für den relativ günstigen Preis zu empfehlen. Hotel ist vornehmlich auf asiatische Kundschaft ausgelegt, die Englischkenntnisse, auch an der Rezeption, sind eher durchschnittlich. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und mit großer Auswahl, aber sehr indonesisch ausgerichtet. Brot, Wurst oder Käse wird man hier kaum finden. Lage des Hotels in der touristisch eher uninteressanten Stadt ist günstig.

Hotel for a nigth

We stayed at this hotel for one night Room: reasonable size with nice bathroom, . Service: lovely front desk staff who sugested places to eat nearby. In general I dont thing Padang itself is aimed at tourists.
