Disliked: Staff & service
not for tourist
No nearby restaurant, just dine in at the hotel's restaurant
During check in, the staff urge me to upgrade the room, of course more expensive than what i've paid during online booking.
After check in, i asked for extra towels, the staff said they will give only 1 towel. I said "I paid for 4-guest room, so how come we can only have 3 towels?" and finally, they gave us 2 extra towels. lol

Ok for a week while we found a home.
Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful, even where language was an issue.
Overall not too bad, the staff are very hospitable and will do their best to make you feel welcome.
But too many things went wrong:
1- Wrong hotel location on Hotels.com and linked to the wrong Trip Advisor entry. I spent 2 hours under the rain, looking for the new hotel, and with flooded streets, I can tell you this really wasn't fun, especially when no one was answering the phone. So call well ahead before your trip to get the correct address.
2- Receptionist said restaurant closes at 10pm. When I went to the restaurant to eat at 7.45pm, the waiter said they were already closed at 8pm. When I showed him the time, he said the kitchen staff had already gone home. Pretty rude I must say. I complained to reception and the Manager in charge was quick to intervene. I ended up having a Spaghetti Bolognaise with complementary fruit dessert.
3- At 7pm, there was noise coming from the room above. Somebody moving furniture and hammering. I complained, and the noise did diminish but did not disappear. By 10pm, the noise was still there and i couldn't sleep. There were maintenance workers doing something on the 3rd floor. AT 10 PM!!!! I complained again and the noise stopped.
4- Room was not very well cleaned. I even found an empty cigarette box on one of the shelves. Towels were stained as well.
