"Clean room, dirty common areas. The smell of weed was everywhere. Could not get a pen from the front desk, they said didn't have any extra. No extra 25 cent pen! Used the guest laundry- after 6.00 of drying , the clothes were still soaked. Head of housekeeping put them in the hotel dryer. "The Drury Inn in Knoxville was simply marvelous. After several travel days where our hotels were mediocre to just plain awful, this was exactly what we needed. Their Happy Hour was well managed and the staff so very attentive and genuinely happy. Breakfast was nothing like the standard packaged carbs and watered down coffee. My husband said the coffee was excellent! When you figure two dinners and two breakfasts, this was beyond economical."
