"We just needed a clean place to stay for the night to break up a long trip. Pleasantly surprised by this place. Bedroom was recently remodeled. Floor is vinyl instead of carpet which I appreciated. Plenty of hot water. Breakfast included was a nice surprise. Clean breakfast area with lots of options. Curtains are truly black out which helped with sleep. Quiet. Covered parking so car stayed cool. Washer and dryer coin operated if needed. Easy on off freeway. Would stay here again. Office staff...

"Upon arrival, we were given a room where the exhaust ventilation system was located and was loud and noisy sounding like a generator when it rattled. We couldn't sleep. We then requested a different room the next day and that room was a lot better."

"I feel bad because the staff person was very nice and helpful, but... Even the sign at the entrance is very faded/hard to read (red flag). The room was in terrible shape. Bathroom baseboards were filthy, in the tub the caulk was all peeling and the facet leaked. The hot water was HOT- and with the janky faucet it was difficult to get a tolerable temperature without scalding. Room: TV reception was spotty (even though it was a satellite) and I had to turn off the power strip to the mini-fridge...

"We arrived late into the evening and Sarah at the front desk was amazing! Kind and friendly making check in a breeze. Room was amazing with a desk, kitchen setup and sofa. Very clean. Quiet location and wonderful breakfast options. Highly recommend."

"At around 11 PM the night of check in we had smoke, paramedics and firemen on our floor (2nd floor). My wife asked them if we were evacuating. She was yelled at to get back in her room, that the smoke was toxic, and she would be safer in the room. We heard other guests being told the same thing; there was a fair amount of yelling. There was also an extremely loud exhaust fan running in the hallway sounding like a small jet engine. We never heard any general fire alarm, nor did the front desk...
