"Upon arrival, we were given a room where the exhaust ventilation system was located and was loud and noisy sounding like a generator when it rattled. We couldn't sleep. We then requested a different room the next day and that room was a lot better."

"Two things which disappointed us: 1. TV menu navigation confusing. Could be much more straight forward/direct to find and select program choices 2. Breakfast, over all, poor variety of food selection compared to other B. W. 's we have vitiated: biscuits and gravy is more a choice for old military cafeterias, not suitable and and 'odd' choice and a lesser 'quality' choice. Having someone to cook fresh omelets, etc, would be reasonable. Also very small assortment of breads, breakfast breads,...

"Rm was ok, 3rd floor was stinky, no soap , no coffee cups although they did offered coffee. Overpriced for the amenities, only the location convenience ."

"Clerk and cleaning crew banged on my door at check out time and forced me to leave. Mind you, I have booked for the next day on Expedia and they didn’t see it through their system. Very rude and unprofessional customer service! Some rooms smell like cigarettes and you are forced to stay in there no matter what. Won’t switch you out of the room."

"We have been staying at Royal Crest for 25 years! It is not fancy, but we come back over and over because we can depend on soft, clean beds and a kind and no nonsense staff."

"All of the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean! Breakfast was very nice and hot . We had a large pickup truck and found enough room to park it as well. We will definitely return!"
