"Excellent breakfast! Very nice hotel. There was apparently a birthday pool party happening while we stayed. There was a group of 10+ kids in the pool, and they were screaming at the top of their lungs. The parents were screaming at the kids. The walls were vibrating, you could hear the screams throughout the entire lobby area. I ended up taking my kid back to our room due to the overwhelming noise (im a mom, i get kids are having fun, but it was entirely too loud, and no respect for others). The next morning i promised my kiddo we would go back to the pool when it was more quiet, however they kept the pool "closed for maintenance" the entire next day. I also paid extra for a balcony room with a lake view, and was placed in a room on the 2nd floor with only a view of the roof & trees. When i mentioned it to the hotel i was told there was nothing they could do because i booked through expedia. I will not waste my money on a lake view next time. "

"Everything in the room was available, however there was stagnant water in the dish washer. I ran it to clean it out. The shower would also have issues draining while the water ran to bath. The telephone did not work so not able to use. Towels and bed linens didn't seem clean so I laundered them. Which leads to the laundry/weight room. A great touch to take care of anything that needs attention to be washed and get in a little workout in while you wait."

"My only issue is that I couldn’t stay longer. Love the property! The views of the lake from my room and balcony were lovely. Being able to eat outside overlooking the lake for dinner was beautiful. The food and drinks didn’t disappoint. The on site parking was a plus for no extra charge! The staff was very accommodating although I hated the fact that I had to go all the way downstairs just to get bottled water. My overall experience was a 10/10. "

"Great hotel. Super close to Toyota Music Factory. My only complaint is that the shower curtain didn’t really fit. It was basically 3/4 of a shower curtain."
