"Carol runs a beautiful place and always makes us.welcome"

"Good location and room for the price. Would stay again. Black out blinds or curtains would be a welcome addition to the room, but no complaints. Owner very helpful."

"Really enjoyed our stay at the Grange"

"We booked this last minute for a date night in Leeds and got a great deal. Our room was spacious and luxurious with a huge bed and a nice view. Staff were excellent - just a really nice hotel - highly recommend!"

"Room was huge with kitchen, living area and huge bed"

"Friendly, helpful staff. Great location!"

"Firstly, the hotel, staff and amenities are really good. The reason for my low score was the noise from the weddings. It was unbearable. I was in Wakefield on a business trip. "We had a particular room confirmed with the property. The room was not available at check-in despite confirmation. We were given a very substandard room. After a couple of nights one veryhelpful person at reception moved us to a better room which was appreciated. The property is in a good location but this experience was not as good as our previous visits."

"As ever great team and accommodation . Price and location excellent. I have used this facility several times for work + and will be back again."

"Nice modern apartment. Conveniently located. Reasonable price. Had read reviews about it being noisy with the rooms being close to local pubs, however, we found it to be very quiet during our stay. Overall excellent!"
