"Room was a lovely size and well decorated. Room was relatively clean, with the exception of a few dead bugs in the windows. Room service was slightly disappointing with some items not arriving, and no answer on the phone after to sort it. 10 calls and a voicemail. Breakfast was also disappointing, the cost of £18 per person was very steep especially with very little selection on offer. Shower would benefit from a more thorough clean with a brush. Shower hose grooves and areas within the shower holding mold.
