No doubt it needs some money spending but also a little imagination. The bar for instance was as welcoming as a saturday night physiology lecture….. just bland, no tv, no happy hour, and no atmosphere. "

"Reception Staff Caitlin was extremely help full. The room assigned to us was up 2 flights of stairs. This was not acceptable as we have a dog who needs have a walk at night. To ensure no mess in room. Caitlin found a ground floor room which was great. Cheryl the staff manager was very helpful when we went for breakfast. The hotel is a golf club excellent accommodation and very quite. Nearby there are some follies which I highly recommend for a visit."

"A modern and comfortable hotel with a lovely breakfast included in the price. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Telford and is set in lovely grounds. I haven’t rated it 5*s as the check in was slow due to there only being on member of staff on at reception, the pool being cold and us not getting bottles of water in our room for the first night but getting them for the second. "Had a one night stop over stay here, the accommodation was spotless and the bed was super comfy. Spent the evening in the pub, which is beautifully decorated, warm and inviting. We didn't have a meal but did order a cheesecake which was absolutely delicious. All the staff were friendly, warm and inviting and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. "The room was of a good size - room for a large double and a single. There was also a fold up table and chairs, which you could use if you wanted. Added bonus of a small fridge, and the tea/coffee supplies were generous, including biscuits and hot chocolate."
