"Great customer service, but the room was dirty. There was here in the shower drain from previous guest housekeeping walked in on me while in the bed. parking was great and so was the location. The front desk staff was amazing."

"The showers were freezing cold and all staff said they know boilers don’t work but apparently had no intentions of fixing. Booked because of in door pool but guess what that was broken too and didn’t get to utilize the entire time because they had no intentions of fixing any time soon. "

"This room was perfect for our family as we dropped my son off for bootcamp. We utilized the happy hour and lounge space to hang out, eat and play games. The room was spacious and clean. The esthetic of the hotel was very nice!! The breakfast was good. The pool area is nice. I highly recommend this hotel for whatever your travel plans are."
