"We were extremely disappointed with our stay from the moment we arrived. Before getting the key to the room, we were assured that our room was newly remodeled and thoroughly cleaned. Unfortunately, that was not true. When we checked in, the floors were filthy, there were spills and stains running down the walls, and the toilet was dirty. We notified staff immediately, but they said no one was available to clean the room. Since we were traveling with a toddler, I didn't feel comfortable letting...

"We stayed at this place multiple times before and we always loved it. However this time was but different. It is still wonderful place, but room we got this time was quite disappointing. First it was pretty regular hotel like room while in past we always stayed in suite with full kitchen, glasses corner bathtub and etc. O.K. maybe this is in on me and my own fault for not realizing they have much smaller units.
