"Our room was slightly dated but was to be expected considering it’s a motel. Was a great location with Warner Brothers less than a 10 minute walk away and lots of great restaurants nearby (we had a lovely lunch at girl and the chicken!). Would recommend for anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in a safe neighbourhood whilst in LA. "

"The Hampton Inn by Hilton North Hollywood is clean, staff are friendly and provided us with good breakfast. At first, we thought the surrounding area was a little sketchy. However, the service we received outweighs the surrounding area. We felt safe knowing that there’s a security especially monitoring the parking underground the building. "The room was not how it was shown in the pictures. There were bugs in the tube when we got there. We had roaches coming in the room. Thank god we weren’t staying in the hotel room the entire time, just to sleep but even with that we weren’t too comfortable sleeping in there because of the conditions the room was in. Definitely not coming here again. "

"The room was disgusting. There were stains on the bedsheets and we woke up with bed bug bites. While watching TV we saw a cockroach crawling on the wall. Not to mention the tub was clogged so the water would pool up. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. "

"Normal inn quality. Friendly staffs. Be aware shuttle is by booking only. It was on time the first day of my stay. But on our check out date, it was late in the morning and it was no show for pick up back to hotel. We called the driver at scheduled time and replied will be late in 5 mins. We called again after almost 30 mins and this time he said the car was broken down and call us already. We checked and there is no message. Anyway.."
