"Our room was on the 3rd floor and we were not told there was not an elevator. The sheets and blankets had holes. One cake of soap was provided. It was the size of a quarter and was for 2 people for 2 days. The mattress was very uncomfortable with a dip in the center. The furniture was very worn with torn chairs. The hotel does have a good location."

"Staff were friendly and very welcoming. We found a few maintenance things that they sprung into action to take care of. We were in a suite with a sitting room. The room was quaint and offered a wonderful outdoor porch. The only con to our stay is how uncomfortable the bed was. It was hard and spring filled which kept us tossing most the night with lack of comfort. We left before breakfast, so we aren’t sure how that was, but it smelled good! "I can’t say enough positive things about this motel! The property is in the perfect location right on the beach and close to everything. The property has also been renovated, the rooms are nice, clean, and I loved all the outdoor seating and grills guests can use. I also loved that the property is so dog friendly and everyone who worked there is extremely helpful and friendly! This is definitely our new go-to spot for relaxation! I highly recommend!!!!"

"Bill and Veda made our stay at the Cypress House Inn so warm, inviting and comfortable! The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable with both firm and soft pillows provided, and bathroom was beautifully designed with a roomy shower and handheld showerhead for convenience. Right outside our room was a well-stocked coffee and tea bar with filtered water available.
