"RIGHT ON THE BEACH, CLEAN ROOMS (GOOD PAINT AND FLOORS)"

"Staff and owners were very welcoming. We accidentally left a few items, which they offered to mail to us. Our kids loved the koi pond."

"A small but very clean and well maintained motel. Comfortable beds and quiet HVAC. Close to casual food options."

"The staff, especially Jay at the front desk, were very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and the ice and water machine in the hall was a nice plus! Will definitely come back"

"First, the "oceanfront" label is misleading. You cannot see the ocean from this property — and as every beach traveler knows, we pay extra for oceanfront specifically to *see the ocean*. "So, the floor in 201B was a bit concerning… near the end table by the dining table, when you stepped on it, felt like the flooring was covering a hole in floor… check it out"
