Every staff member we encountered was SO friendly! The young man and woman at the front desk, breakfast staff-the tall man and shot woman (she said the staff calls her “Shortie” were all lovely! So many times at hotels, the staff acts like the guests are a bother, but this staff all behaved as though they were happy to be there. So refreshing! The coffee-brewed to order 24/7 was wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints!

This booking was very last minute, since our other booking had no power. It was a relief being able to come to a hotel name that has such a great reputation in my experience! A relief to have such a nice place on such a cold night!

Our room was wonderful (shower floor could of had some good scrubbing). The breakfast lady “Shorty” was very friendly and gave the best hugs. Our first night Friday night the guy at front desk was very kind also. There was a lot of kids running the halls on the third floor for over and hour about 10pm very loud. But we slept good

This property was conveniently located to the State Parks we like to visit. The hotel was exceptionally friendly. It was very clean. The breakfast had so many options and was quite good, and there was spacious seating for the breakfast buffet which we appreciated. The coffee was really good. Beds were soft. Pillows were perfect. It was an excellent experience and we will be back for Memorial Day weekend.
