"宿には表示が無く、写真にある暖簾も無いので、夜、場所を特定するのが難しかった。電話で問い合わせたが、日本語がよくわからないようで要領を得なかった。宿泊設備としては申し分無いが、非常灯の電池は切れていて、床には髪の毛とホコリがあって、清掃は不十分。しかし駅には近いので、良い。"

"Only down was that you have no access to garden, which was actually one of the main reasons I made my booking there. It was a bit frustrating, there could be some fresh air from garden. It’s more like an glass exhibition."

"The location was perfect for our stay in Kyoto! Location close enough to the main station but still hidden in a quiet neighborhood. There are multiple transportation options nearby to take you to wherever your kyoto adventures may take you. The staff was quick and kind enough to let us store our luggages before check in and even offered to deliver them to the house while we were out. They spoke English which was extremely helpful.
