"The room was exceptionally clean. It was updated and everything was in working order."

"The room was very dated and therefore didn’t appear clean…but it was. The view out of the dirty window was another building‘s window. One had to walk over to the main hotel to get bath towels. There is no phone to connect to the hotel lobby. Unusual inconveniences."

"Only there for one night so nothing much to say. Front desk staff at check in and out were very friendly. Bed was extremely comfortable. Ate at the Grill restaurant. Delicious. Excellent service. Usually stay there overnight when going to a show."

"I was extremely impressed with how quick and easy check in/out was. Our room was very clean and we enjoyed the bistro being just a few steps away! You also get 10% off if you eat at the bistro or shop at their liquor store which was great. Will definitely stay again."

"My comment is in relation to the Solano towers. First, the room had not been vacuumed and I had to wait 2 hours for them to respond. Then the passageway was covered in dust from the construction and one elevator was working out of four elevators and we had to use a service elevator for all the guests staying in this Tower. This is against fire rules and fire ordinance. When I called security they said to take the stairs down from the 38th floor as they could do nothing about it and hung up on...

"Our room had a beautiful beach view and absolutely loved having a fridge and microwave right in the room for us - beds were comfy and the staff was super friendly helpful. Being immediately off the bridge helps get on and off the island quickly as well! Will absolutely come back!"

"We made a last minute decision to go to LBI on a washed out Memorial Day weekend. The cost of this hotel increased by $200 between clicking reserve and making my payment. $680 for one night was way overpriced, but we were feeling capricious and figured it was better than just staying home all weekend. The staff are extremely nice and helpful, we had no problem finding parking across the street, the room was very clean and comfortable, though the wall-sized photo of people on the beach creeped me...
