The room was clean, conveniently near shopping streets and convenience stores, and washing machine/dryers we're available. Unfortunately, late check out was not an option and the area was not quiet as it's in the hustle and bustle of Dotonbori.

Everyone very helpful especially for us only speaking English. Rooms are nice and cozy, area is perfectly off the riverbed and main attractions.

Stayed for 1 night to catch the next morning flight. Shuttle bus was prearranged around 5 am arrival on time. Standard double room was clean, mattress medium firm. Staff are courteous. Not closed to any shops or restaurants, the only one eatery available is at another hotel that requires some walking distance, due to the stormy rain, we ate the beef instant noodle from the vending machine. Overall it was a good stay.

Continently placed right next to one of Osakas major attractions, The Glico Man and the surrounds, this hotel was a decent place to stay for three nights. Although it is right across from what we assumed were host clubs and bars making it noisy during the evenings, the stay was pleasant enough. Staff were courteous and helped us when our room key was working initially and kept our luggage’s safe when we did luggage transport from Kyoto. If you want to opt for convenience and not have to walk lengths just to visit the shops or a 7/11 this place is for you, just keep in mind the noises at night and that the room is particularly on the smaller side when you have multiple luggages

What I love about this hotel is that it’s in the Doutonbori area. If you plan to stay in Doutonbori for shopping, this is the best place to stay. Also, a 7-Eleven is just beside the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, and the amenities are excellent. The staff are friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Rooms are sizeable and easy to navigate, albeit a little dated. The location is very convenient with dotonburi access right around the corner and a 7-11 right beside the premesis. Cleanliness can be improved. Our bar fridge did not function, nor is there a safe.

It’s very lively on the streets around the hotel. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. The hotel didn’t have much laundry options available for the size and were always being used.
