A good access to Umeda and Nakazaki stations because the hotel was located in between those two stations. Was nice to have washers and dryers. Some hotel dryers don’t dry clothes but this one really did. I was very happy about that.

Don't look anywhere else, STAY HERE!!! The staff were very helpful from receiving our luggage from the airport, storing our luggage until check in, and then setting up for our luggage to be transported to our next hotel! Staff were also happy to answer questions for us and made our stay awesome! The rooms were modern, very clean, and had all amenities taken care of. Even though the rooms were a little smaller than we expected, we had plenty of room for everything we needed and the space was so well organized there was somewhere to put everything we had with us. Compared to other places in Japan we have stayed this hotel was top tier clean and taken care of, had a very luxury feel. Very close to a Starbucks, a Lawsons, and a 7/11 that we enjoyed going to for snacks and breakfast. 5 minute walk from the nearest Subway station and lots of shopping and restaurant locations convenient to the hotel. Look no further, you found your hotel, you will love it!

Very welcoming check-in process, very clean room, regular and polite changing of towels and bin between days stayed. Room was good enough size for 3 large bags and still room to walk, shower was spacious and westerner friendly. Did not borrow any of the available manga but the selection was very big. Location is extremely close to konbini for quick necessities and Nakazakicho for shopping is 1-2 minutes walk. Would absolutely return to stay.

We had reserved a standard double but they are way to small, you can even open your suitcase on the floor without having to jump over it and only one person at a time can get in the bathroom. We had to ask for an upgrade to a larger room which cost us and extra Y240,000. This is hotel felt more like a hostel, I would think if you are under 30 and just having 2 or 3 nights in Osaka then it would be fine. The location is great for everything you need.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, always kind and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The hotel itself and the rooms were very clean and well maintained, which made our stay feel very comfortable and relaxing. The atmosphere was great, and everything felt organized and cared for. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we truly appreciated the hospitality. We would definitely consider staying here again.

宿泊したのは真夏の8月初め、まず部屋に入ったら暖房がついてました。そして備え付けのシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ通常3つ並んで置いてあるものなのに ボディソープの入れ物がなく シャンプーが2つコンディショナーが1つ でした。 残念でした。

スタッフさんの気遣い、接客態度は 素晴らしいもので、気持ちよく宿泊できました。 また、忘れ物もスピーディーに 対応してくださり、とてもありがたかったです。 施設の不満としては、、 ・水の提供がなかった。 ・ドライヤーが古く、使い物にならない ・製氷機の側にコップなどがなく 　部屋に戻ることになった。 などです。改善点色々あるかと思います。
