Everything was very simple and easy. Personal kind enough, handed out paper with all information needed for the stay. Very easy check in and checkout. Its possible to drink in the lobby so its nice to meet people.

Great people, great times, good dogs? Ehhhh

The place is clean, the bedrooms are spacious, the common rooms are cozy, the showers are high pressure, and the staff were very friendly. The only complaint is that the house dog situation was, for the time that I was there, a little concerning. They were quite vocal and unfriendly for the most part, apparently because they were in heat. I believe the staff when they say it's not always like that. But overall I greatly enjoyed Guest House Matsu so much that I kept wanting to spend time there with the great staff and guests. See you again sometime!

The hostel was clean, well located and the staff were friendly and helpful. We booked the family room. During the day it was fine but in the evening we were woken up several times throughout the night because the door to the room does not seal properly. It’s basically a sliding closet door. Light and noise came in from the bathroom sink area, which is an open area and located next to the room. People were using hair dryers at 2am even though the signs say not to. The dorm beds seemed to have a proper door and were not in the same area so I think noise won’t be an issue in that area. I would advise not using the family room.

環境不乾淨，女生房間有男住客闖入！

優點：此區為住宅區的靜巷，出入人口很單純，不用擔心會有醉漢或小混混出沒，或是有情色營業店家。 缺點： 1. 公共區域其實蠻髒的，例如：廚房區域，尤其是電煮壺和烤箱，看起來很像從來沒刷洗過，完全不敢使用。換鞋處那一桶拖鞋，沒有刷洗，也沒有看見有使用酒精消毒過，穿上以後腳很癢……嚇死我了！超害怕得到香港腳。 2. 枕頭非常軟塌，沒有支撐力足以拖住後腦和脖子。 3. 床墊很髒，我住在女生房間的4號床位，入住期間，其中有二個晚上，床鋪上有親眼看見黑色小蟲……導致後面幾天我是在SPA WORLD洗澡和過夜到天亮，天亮才回來換乾淨的衣服、再出門，這裡變相成為我寄存行李的地方。 4. 大門口只有一個很簡便的門鎖，以及位在二樓女生房間的房門並沒有上鎖，只是關著門而已，任何其他房間的房客，都可以輕易就闖進來，而我入住期間，也確實有一個男生闖進來房間找他的女朋友(？)，大家勸阻還趕不走，真的很扯。 我很慶幸入住的這段時間，女生房間裏的室友普遍都還不錯。不過，整體的清潔的完整程度，非常需要加強，其實這也是最基本要做好的，以上所言絕對屬實。

施設は新しく清潔でした。シャワー室とトイレが居室内にあり居室外の男性用トイレが使えないので、昼間は便利ですが夜間帯の使用には同室者に気が引けます。それ以外は付近は便利で静かでしたのでゆっくり休めました。

急遽の延泊にもご対応いただき、ありがとうございました。2日間ゆっくりと大阪周辺の観光を楽しみながら過ごさせていただきました。ロケーションもよく、清潔で日本や海外からのゲストさんとの交流もありとても楽しかったです。また大阪に来る際は利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

施設内はとても綺麗で快適です

従業員の感じもよく説明も丁寧、部屋も洗面所も清潔で24時間使えるシャワールームも清潔でシャンプー・リンス、ボディソープもある。2階のツインルームに泊まったが2段ベッドの寝心地も良く、部屋の広さも泊まるだけなので充分。ただ、部屋の扉は一戸建ての子ども部屋に入る引き戸よりも立て付けが悪く隙間がある。部屋の引き戸の目の前に洗面所があり、23:30までと書いてある備え付けのドライヤーも午前0時を過ぎてから使う人がいて、ガッツリ起こされた。せめてドライヤーは一階のシャワールーム前などに鏡を設置してそこで使うようにするなどすれば良いと思う。あとエアコンを自動に設定したらカタカタとずっと音がしていたので少し気になった。他の人のレビューにもあったが1階の食事スペースの賑やかさが聞こえてくるので一緒に泊まる外国人などの宿泊客により深夜の快適さは当たり外れがあるかも。1階から2階の宿泊スペースに上がる階段の入口に扉があるのでその扉を閉めるとだいぶ1階の声は聞こえなくなるが、その扉を開け閉めする音がかなり大きい。ホテルというより、知り合いの家の1室に泊まったという感覚を持って宿泊すれば気持ちの面でも快適に過ごせると思う。夜は色々と食べ歩きをして遅い帰宅も出来るし、何よりお値段がとても安くてありがたい。この値段で泊まれる他の宿よりかなり綺麗なのでまた利用したいです。

It was a very quiet place and was well cleaned.

A few minutes walk will take you to the subway, making it easy to get to anywhere. Cute dogs greeted me and the staff were very kind and cozy. If you want to interact with locals and other travelers, this hostel is recommended.

值得一來再來的青年旅館

這是一間簡約溫馨、乾淨舒適的青年旅館，工作人員很親切，推薦的在地小店都很棒。每週六還有不定時的章魚燒派對或是刨冰派對，有時候還有卡拉ok派對，是個認識不同國家旅客的好機會～這裡還有一隻很酷的黑色柴犬，還有超可愛的白色柴犬～喜歡狗狗的人應該會很喜歡這裡～而且交通很便利，從機場過來只要半個多小時，去難波心齋橋搭車也是五分鐘就到了，附近是寧靜的住宅區，比較不用擔心半夜有喝醉酒吵鬧的人，我幾乎每次來大阪都住在這裡！

Best and convenient

10 mins walk from Tengachaya station. close to Family Mart.quiet place and two lovely dogs.no lift.nice lobby you can use kitchen here and free talk to everyone. impressive toilet.free zone has a shelf of books.bathroom is nice with hot water. I'm so stupid to double booked and the stuff help me to call back my money from hotels.com.I strongly recommend here.I will choose it by any chance if I come back Osaka again.

Amazing guesthouse for a low price.

It was amazing! My second time staying there and it was just as good as I remembered. Super friendly staff, comfortable living room for guests to hang out in, central location close to two subway stops and a big grocery store, multiple bicycles for rent, and only 2 stops away from Dotonbori. very cheap too! I highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Osaka!!
