"This is my fourth or fifth time staying at the Alfond Inn. It is a beautiful hotel and the perfect location I did feel on this trip. That service was not at its best. The check-in experience should have been a welcome back, but instead, it was a quick check-in with credit cards and keys exchanged and not much else it was very impersonal. It was never anyone at the concierge desk both Friday and Saturday night we had drinks and service not the best we had to wait for drinks and even had to flag...
