"The hotel is dirty! The carpet looks so aged and dirty! The rooms need deep cleaning, there were hair and dirty sarong the bed that were touching the walls. The room was ok clean! Not what I expected from Best Western Plus, disappointed! However, the 2 morning staff we had interactions with were amazing. Not sure what the gentleman’s name at check out was but he was so friendly and would probably put a smile on a person that was upset! The lady that was working the breakfast also drove...

"The price was certainly right. All the staff was courteous and respectful. Room was a typical room with 2 queens. Cleaned every day. Nice bar area. They do charge for overnight parking. When I need to stay in the area again I will definitely stay here vs others nearby. Highly recommend."
