We loved being in a neighborhood with a waterpark and mini golf that was walkable! The house even had a pool! The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils necessary, which made cooking easy. Perfect location to many attractions. Plus you couldn’t beat the price for the space, with a large family.

The management company should do a better job. Lack of supplies: no pool towels (so if traveling from another state you need to bring a luggage full of towels?) , one pod a day for the dishwasher so you can wash dishes only once a day (?) cheap soap for washing dishes by hand because they did not leave enought pods, one trash bag a day, one roll of paper towel only, just to list the lack of supplies!

The couch downstairs was very dirty. The drawers for the fridge were broken. The garbage can foot pedal was broken and cut my daughter’s foot. The barstools at the counter were very unsteady. Up stairs in the master bathroom there was black mold on the shower wall. The shower door frame rail was all dirty and rusty. Both sets of bunk beds were very unsteady and couldn’t have anyone sleep on the top bunk. During our stay there one of the bathrooms had ants coming from the wall. Property management was contacted and very rude. I was told this is all normal wear and tear and the owner has been contacted and said they would take care of the issues during the off peak season. I don’t believe this house was worth the amount of money we paid for this house. We have stayed at another property within Windsor Island Resort and had no issues.
