"Very clean. I would stay here again. The reason for 4 stars is there is a very strong perfume smell in the building and no laundry facility’s. Very comfortable beds. "

"Stayed 1 night. Didn’t get to enjoy this amazing property as we had a cruise to catch. Would not book for 1 night again. This is a place for a longer stay to relax and enjoy the pools and the 2 gyms they have. "

"This places is great for a couple day stay! staff is super friendly and very helpful, hotel rooms are clean and tidied and the pool super clean and refreshing. Only thing id complain about is the food is pretty expensive for continental breakfast and was not good at all. I didnt know eggs could be stale Aside from that awesome place!"

"Tons of space for a big family is what is has going for it the most. We had a three bedroom and kitchen. But the full kitchen was "stocked" with three total forks and when we asked for more they brought plastic and said that's all they give out. Pack house shoes. Three minutes of sock feet ruined those socks. Asked for a bellman to bring a luggage cart the night we checked in some they aren't available otherwise and one never came. When we checked out he came but wouldn't let us use the cart without him. Pools were nice. Poolside entertainment people tried hard. Places to eat were all closed at like 8pm the night we arrived. Aggressive time share folks in the lobby. Also had only four washcloths in both bathrooms combined for a five person family and five night stay. Overall it's not terrible, but they asked what could be improved, and this lists that. "

"Great place to stay if you want the Disney perks but don't need the Disney resort vibe. Breakfast is good, happy hour is great. You do have to plan your day. The busses do not run like the resorts do. This will be my good to hotel for future trips. "
