The hotel is nice and clean, very close to Universal Park, they offer free shuttle to the park. It's close, at a walkable distance, to stores and restaurants, the location is wonderful. The staff was nice and friendly.

I would say this is a 3 star hotel and great considering the price.. shouldn’t be measured up to Marriott or Hyatt standards honestly it’s more of a motel but it is decent and enjoyable for the budget. I would recommend

Motel setting, simple breakfast that charged for the meal. Room was clean bed was comfortable. Didn't like the loud cart being rolled up and down the corridor by housekeeping so early in the morning.
