I hate to leave a bad review and I hesitate to write this one. When we arrived and went to check in, the hotel's computer system was down and the front desk staff asked us to write our credit card information on a peace of paper so the night shift staff could check us in once the system was restored. I did not feel at ease with this at all and I explained that we had already paid in full through Expedia and showed them the confirmation emails. Thankfully the system was "restored" as we spoke with them and we did not have to leave our financial information written down for anyone to see. The entrance of the hotel and breakfast were great. The room is spacious and the kitchenette area was very convenient. However, the beds were not comfortable, the sheets had hair on them and the room did not smell freshly cleaned. The top of the refrigerator was dusty, there was no dish soap for the sink. The bathroom only contained one bar of soap, a half used toilet paper roll next to a new one that was already unwrapped. The shampoo, conditioner, etc are provided in refillable dispensers that hang on the walls of the bathroom. God only knows the possible mold, viruses and bacteria growing all over those plastic bottles in the humid environment of a bathroom after hundreds of dirty hands have used them. We have stayed numerous times at other hotels of this same brand in the past within the area and they are much better.
