Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort
Room had roaches. Immediately had to check out. The towels people use were outside in a bin. It smells awful outside and in the rooms. This is a motel with a nice pool. Literally

Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa Universal Studios Area
This resort is fabulous. It’s so clean and the staff is so helpful! You can contact them via text for any and everything. It’s a perfect family resort with many clean and fun pools, activities, and a great waterpark on site and It’s close to the parks Walmart and to the airport.
