"Some of the staff was nice, some were very rude. The building is very old and needs major updates. Our toilet would not flush. Got maintenance to help. The next night, we got back to the room and there was sewage coming out of our shower drain. Went to the front desk and they were very rude. "very clean, staff went out of their way to help. Bus shuttle to the parks were very timely."

Le système de climatisation est un peu bruyant, ce serait mon...

"Pros: property was clean, staff was on site and the the cafe store was well stocked. The room was also clean, smelled pleasant and well stocked with toiletries. Cons: the bath tub drain was broken and wouldn’t plug. i also received three phone calls from 6:30 to 7:45 in the morning that i didn’t ask for which woke me up and hurt my sleep. When trying to address the broken drain, the person i spoke with said they would look into it after i expressed my frustration about spending extra money...
