"This is a good place to stay if you are on a budget, or if you want to save some money. The hotel is basic, but clean, quiet, comfortable and seems recently renovated. They offer complimentary breakfast and the breakfast area is nice and clean. During my stay the staff was professional and helpful. I appreciated how the pool will close around 10:00 pm and the staff will come and get people out and lock the gates. That insured a quiet and restful night for everyone. I liked the room amenities...

"Travelers beware! Shuttle didn’t arrive to the airport , the elevator didn’t work, they ran out of breakfast items. Did I mention we were on the third floor? The hot tub was under construction. You had to sign up for WiFi…You may want to consider the Hyatt instead. The shuttle driver from that hotel felt sorry for us and gave us a lift from the airport to La Quinta. Bonus… there was no compensation for all the inconvenience."

"Nice property, restaurant, bar, sweets shop and mini store on site. ASK FOR THE FREE COOKIES at front desk. "The complex is huge and the buildings towards the front are newer and nicer and resort is located close to Disney. Plenty of space and a washer and dryer in the room which was nice. Our pool experience was not so great. Not enough seats or umbrellas. Someone was blasting their own boombox at the pool and the pool towels were itty bitty. There is still a deposit hold on my credit card after a week of checking out. Also be aware that when you get your parking pass, you have to go to another desk...

"We just stayed for a night. Very helpful front desk. Breakfast was good. Airport pickup had 30 mins waiting. I did not realize I had to call them. It’s best you call them as soon as you get out of the flight and request shuttle."

"It was upsetting that we were booked into an accessible room because I informed them I had a walker and ground floor would be easier. I'm having hip surgery and lowered cabinets and sinks are impossible as bending over is very difficult. They did move us but not until we had already gone to the 1st room. It was exhausting having to walk to 2 separate rooms. Not a good way to start out our stay, I just wanted to leave I was so exhausted. But would still be charged as we had already checked...

"Would have otherwise been a pleasant stay except for the smell in the room. It had a strong odor that smelled like a park bathroom/urine. It was a two bedroom villa so it was quite nice but I would have rather stayed in a downgraded room if it meant there would have been a better smell."
