Ladies at the front desk were very helpful. I love this hotel! Will definitely stay again. I didn't enjoy breakfast due to the lack of variety but there are plenty of good breakfast places around the hotel. Definitely recommend!

Stayed twice at Indigo. Both times the rooms and the hotel were spotless clean. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice combination of chic and industrial decor with vaulted ceilings in rooms, exposed brick and cement, modern amenities, etc. Highly recommend!

The Hotel Indigo was wonderful. It is beautiful hotel with well appointed rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean with high ceilings. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was within walking distance of the CHI Event Center where we went to a concert.
