Crystal at front desk said he had to talk to manager at 10:00 am and would call me. It has been two days and still no response. "

"Trash was all over the floor in the hallway, walked into the room to see bugs all over the place and the room looked like it was never cleaned from the guest before. Walked back to the front desk and checked out. The employee was not at all surprised when I mentioned the bugs. Spent about 5 minutes there."

"It was in a great location! Breakfast and coffee every morning very convenient. Swimming pool was nice. Free laundry facilities was extra bonus since our stay was 7 days. Definitely recommend🤗"

"The room was dirty, the bathroom was not cleaned, tub had hair in it. Dirty towels on floor, no hot water, floor was dirty. The only thing clean was beds. I was terribly sick or we would have left. My husband went to get staff and get clean towels. First floor smelled like pot. We will not be back."

"We had a king bed with a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was broken and once we were able to get it out the mattress was stained with what looked like blood. Super super nasty. They don't do room service unless you are there for longer than 2 nights so we did not have clean towels the second morning. We had to go find towels and they only gave us 3 to start with. Towel quality was pretty sad as well. Thin very used towels."

"I booked this room because I live far away and my son was going to have surgery very early in the morning the next day. When I arrived I checked into my room and was greeted by a bed bug on the bed. The room was also dirty and smelled like mold. I went to the front desk to make them aware of the bed bug and wanted a new room. She immediately denied that they have any bed bugs and then followed me to the room so I could show her the bug. She claimed that the bug that was on the bed was not a bed...

"The hotel was super Convenient for close things such as the zoo and downtown access. The grounds were clean and looked new. The staff was really nice and helped when needed. The breakfast was ok however it’s free and you can’t beat that! If I had to complain about anything it would be that I got a dog tick on me on my leg. Can I prove that it was the hotel no however it is a possibility since it’s dog friendly and a higher chance. More of a risk I took myself when booking im from the south and...

"It was good for the money. It wasn't older person friendly , no handrails in the shower, no hair dryer. Breakfast was ok. Had kids running in the room above us. It was very clean. Staff was very friendly."

"Our check in was good. Quick and easy. Staff was friendly at that time. Our room was as described and adequate for our traveling needs. The pool area was great as was the hot tub. After swimming we went back to our room to shower and get ready for bed for the night. We had a party of 4 and only 2 bathroom towels. My husband went downstairs to get 2 more towels so we could all shower. The manager on staff was super rude that we asked for 2 more towels and had horrible attitude and after he went...
