"My experience at this Holiday Inn was completely unacceptable. I found THREE LIVE COCKROACHES in my room — two in the bathroom and a large one crawling around on the table in the room itself.
This was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I paid for a hotel room expecting basic cleanliness and a comfortable place to sleep, not to discover live cockroaches crawling around my accommodations.
The situation was bad enough that I checked out a full day early. I should not have to cut my stay...

"Brian the manager was extremely helpful. At one point we were considering moving else where to be closer to our family, and he was willing to find us a place to stay, however we decided to stay. Breakfast was really good, and we enjoyed the 24/7 coffee.
I would definitely stay there again."

When I checked out, I asked the front desk if I needed to bring my parking ticket back in prior to leaving. She looked up my room number and said I had already paid for the parking and I should just...
