This room was so gross. Upon arriving to check in after driving for 8 hours, there were several people arguing with the front desk over a surprise fee that was not included in the online booking. The front desk employees took a long time to resolve this. Upon entering our room about 20 minutes later, I pulled back the covers to see dried, crusty semen in the bed. Obviously the sheets were unwashed. There was also blood in the shower. When I went to the front desk, they said there was nobody to change the sheets. When I asked for a different room, they said there were no rooms available. They tried to pressure me to check out of the hotel and go somewhere else in order to get a refund. This was at 10:30 pm. When I asked for the clean sheets so I could change the bed myself, the employee sighed and walked away from me without saying anything. When I returned to the room, he was changing the sheets, obviously upset at having to change the sheets himself. I am not sure why the employee was so upset he had to change sheets himself, and would have rather I got a refund and checked in at another hotel than to just change some sheets for five minutes.The room was on the first floor and very noisy. Needless to say I slept in my clothes and will be reading reviews more carefully in the future to avoid staying at such a terrible place.

The toliet was not attacked to the floor. The carpet was wet and the room smelled of meldew. Only 2 pillows for 2 people. The staff was rude. The free breakfast was cereal.

Our room smelled stale, or maybe cigarette smoke? It was also very damp. The carpet was damp and terrible to walk on, and there was a thin layer of moisture on all the furniture that reappeared after wiping it away. In the morning they started doing very loud yard work right outside our window. I would not recommend this place.

The staff was somewhat rude, and in the room you could hear the water from the bathroom tank running. The soap and shampoo were of very poor quality.

The absolute best esp for 1 night. 24 hr Attendant- He is EXCELLENT & EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL!!!! I love the ambiance, CLEANLINESS, no hassle check in and for the price point- it is great! There are small cosmetic issues that are due to the age of building and for the price- worthy of a pass :)

The breakfast looked good. We only had one towel and one hand towel and one tiny shampoo in our room. Couldn’t find anyone to get us more. The place was a little run down, but the bed was comfortable.

We’ve been at many quality inns before but this one needs some help. It had a 3.7 star rating but should really be 2 stars. Although there are signs of a remodel the carpets are pretty dirty all over the hotel. They need to be cleaned or replaced. The pulsating shower head was nice but the bathtub needs some rubber grips on the bottom because the tub is very slippery. Also, there’s no safety bar in the shower. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen such poor quality towels or so few towels in any hotel before. My oldest towels (20 yrs) aren’t as thin as these. Most hotels will put four bath towels, four wash cloths and two hand towels in the room. We had two bath towels, 2 wash cloths and one hand towel. Did I say they are thin as then can be? The hand towel bar was not there, it appeared to be broken off. The cabinet door for the fridge had to have a thick wad of paper stuck in the top to hold the door closed. The outlets are loose and need to be replaced because they don’t hold the plug tight enough to charge anything. Usually, hotels have a thicker blanket (sometimes with a duvet cover), a sheet and a coverlet or a bedspread. This room has a sheet and coverlet. This is a problem because here you have to have the air conditioner on to dry the air out which makes the room cold, so an additional blanket would have been more comfortable. The breakfast room was welcoming and had some of the usual fare but at 8:00am there was almost nothing to eat, nothing had been replenished.

There was mold in the bathroom and on the wall by bed next to the bathroom. How do we get a refund? Mold is not safe to be around or breath in!

This hotel is infested with roaches. This comes after finding it in a state of questionable status, with unfinished repairs and a Jacuzzi tub that likely also had roaches in it because it was taking absolutely longer than 30 minutes to fill. Also wouldn't issue a refund and tried to fob it off on Expedia like the scam artists they are. As soon as the room was dark enough, everything from giant adults to juvenile roaches were crawling out from under the cabinets and furniture and even out from under the toilet. Mold and mildew are real but secondary concerns here. Under no circumstances should you ever book here, they lie about the problem and tried to refuse a refund, claiming Expedia was responsible. Expedia is not responsible so now I need to go back into this roach motel and get my money. Do yourself a favor and stay in a box instead.

The inn was hard to find as it was tucked back amongst office buildings. The bathroom had an odd odor, the shower area looked horrible and in need of some grout work. The tv remote was broken but did work. Floorboards were worn and curtains dirty. The bed sheets at least were clean. Would not recommend.
