"Outdoor pool with nice loungers"

"Clean and comfortable for the price. The pool was too cold for my young children to enjoy and unexpectedly there was no breakfast (only a bag with granola bars, pre packaged muffins and a mandarin orange) It worked in a pinch but we won’t be back. "

"We booked this hotel specifically for the pool. We’re doing a road trip and wanted to relax. The pool was closed! We asked the front desk if they could take something off our bill and they said that since we booked through Expedia they didn’t think that they could. To call the manager on Monday. Can you help?"

"Ok, so I decided to get a room here for 2 nights to do a stay cation with my kids and husband. I booked the king suite with a hottub in the room. It seems like every hotel i find never has a hottub, so i finally found one with it in the room, Bonus!! The hotel itself smells good, overall clean and looks nice. The pool was cool. Plenty of room, it could be warmer since it is -10 and snowing outside but thats my opinion.. The area itself needs major improvements. The celing was falling apart and...
