"My friend forgot her phone inside when she stepped outside to grab a door dash order and the front doors of the hotel were locked. This occurred at night time, she knocked on the doors and none of the staff came to check on her. The only reason she got in was because a woman staying at the hotel was coming back from a bar and also trying to get in. Luckily, she had her phone and was able to call the number posted on the front door so the staff could let them in. I’m not sure what would have happened if that woman never showed up. Sometimes people forget their phones, so it might be a good idea to consider other options for safety besides locking all entrances to the hotel. Maybe add key card access or a security guard at the front so the doors can remain unlocked whilst monitored. Otherwise, a nice hotel with large rooms and good amenities. "
