Inn at Bellefield / Hyde Park, Residence Inn by Marriott
8/10 Good
"It was nice and new, large room and clean. We ate dinner at the bar. Ordered the steak it was terrible and got the carrot appetizer the bartender raved about, it was terrible as well. Breakfast was very good and the staff was welcoming. Not much around the hotel for other dinning or entertainment options. You’d have to drive."
Best Western Plus Kingston Hotel And Conference Center
2/10 Terrible
"The Front Desk evening/ night auditor was AWFUL. He was incredibly rude, and refused to help my family check in . He caused 2 other guests a difficult check in and was not professional, and was saying hurtful things under his breathe. Very disappointed in the hotel. "
"The inn could use some freshening up. Room carpet was stained in multiple places, for example, and the building badly needs to be repainted on the outside. Guests should be told when booking that their room will be on the third floor in case stairs are an issue. It’s a charming, historic building in a great location but it looks a little rundown. "
"I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I paid over $500 for two rooms for two days, expecting at minimum a clean and safe place to stay. I checked in around 7 PM, grabbed my keys, and went straight to work without even looking at the room. When I returned around 5:30 AM, I discovered the room had bed bugs.
This is completely unacceptable. Cleanliness and pest control should be the most basic responsibility of any hotel. To make matters worse, after bringing this serious issue to management, they refused to give me a refund. Charging guests premium prices for infested rooms and then refusing to make it right is terrible business practice.
I would strongly warn anyone considering staying here to think twice. Save your money, save yourself the stress, and stay somewhere that actually cares about cleanliness and customer service."
"We absolutely loved our stay at The Graham & Co.—it’s the kind of place that instantly puts you at ease.
From the moment we arrived there was this quaint, laid-back relaxing vibe that made it so easy to unwind. Everything felt very thoughtful from the design, cozy spaces, and nothing overdone. Our bungalow room was spectacular yet comfortable and inviting, and it really felt like a little escape from the usual rush.
We spent our mornings sipping coffee in the fresh mountain air & hiking near the waterfalls and our evenings just slowing down whether that meant hanging by the fire pit or just enjoying the quiet. There’s something really special about how peaceful it feels here without trying too hard.
It’s rare to find a place that feels this easygoing and genuine. We left feeling recharged and already talking about coming back."
"Rooms were gorgeous, we stayed in a king suite. The property has several condo type houses with several units. Everything was literally in town yet felt surrounded by trees and a waterfall.
Beds incredibly comfy. Stylish overall. We loved the free candies in the afternoon, s’mores packs for the fire pits, and complimentary rich coffee every morning."
"Got a room with a view on rooftop AC units..not on nice scenery...I guess when you book with Expedia you do not get best rooms!
Last time I stay at Marriott branded hotels..."
