This was perfect for our family of 5. The beds were very comfortable. My son said he had the best shower of his life. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. A perfect overnight after the Polar Express.

We choose this hotel as a half way meeting point with family from NYC. The POOL was not open and that is one of the main reasons we choose this particular location. We stayed two nights. Breakfast on Wednesday morning was great. Breakfast this morning was really just confusing. Scrambled eggs were yellow AND white. The nice potatoes they had on Wed were not there, nor the french toast sticks. We will only go back when and if the pool is repaired. Please announce on your website when amenities are unavailable.

The Residence Inn was fantastic. When you walk in, it is warm and smells so nice. There were always cookies and fresh water out along with hot tea and coffee. The buffet breakfast had everything and the sitting area was spread out with not only tables but comfortable couches by the fireplace. The Residence Inn was in impeccable condition. The rooms had been renovated and had fully equipped conditions. The gym was like brand new with filtered water and towels. The equipment was in great condition. The pool area was enormous though I didn’t see anyone using it during our 3 day stay end of December. The location was also fantastic. 1 minute drive to tons of restaurants and shopping centers. Overall, the Residence Inn exceeded my expectations and I would 100% recommend it!!

The breakfast was very well-balanced, and the Breakfast Manager announced the closing time in plenty of time for guests to fill or refill their plates. The room was clean and well-appointed, and the facilities were excellent.

I was dismayed that only one of two elevators was working. I also found it inconvenient that there was only one ice machine for the entire property. But beyond these complaints, I had a very good stay at this hotel.

The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel was nice and clean, and we got upgraded. However, the pool was closed during our entire stay due to maintenance. which did not make any sense to close the pool during a holiday weekend.
