"This property was absolutely lovely. We booked late on our night of arrival, past 11pm, and the owner, Gino, was waiting for us when we got there. Our room was cozy, and comfortable, but the star of the show were the three private balconies outside. Overlooking the sea, with a great view, glorious sunshine and comfortable sofas, it was the perfect way to end an evening, and start the day. "Location was hard to find with Google maps. Even local Police officeris could direct me correctly. Otherwise a good stay in typical small hotel room jn city centre. "

"Wonderful spot to relax and very close to everything for exploring including the Faro train station. The only thing is the owner acts like paying guest are an inconvenience and anytime you ask for anything he is quite irritated. "

"A lovely clean hotel, very comfortable rooms, comfy bed, lovely bathroom with great shower. Great choice at breakfast and beautiful rooftop pool area with bar and great loungers. Staff fabulous and great location. We'll definitely return. Would definitely recommend. "

"We stayed for 2 nights at the beginning of August and were blown away, we felt as though we were staying in a small boutique hotel. The room was exceptional, clean and extremely well-equipped. The whole property was so thoughtfully decorated with traditional Portuguese touches and it was so lovely to see so many family heirlooms being used, we felt as though we were staying with family rather than hosts. The pool area was never crowded and there were plenty of comfortable sun-loungers with umbrellas for shade. Breakfast was wonderful and all staff were incredibly friendly. We wish this family every success for the future and will be certain to stay again - a true Algarvian gem! "

"Great place to stay and explore the area. A bit out of the way to albufeira but great value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. The place is clean and well maintained. Don’t let the outside put you off. Inside is great. Each room has an aircon. Towels and accessories supplied too. Buffet breakfast is available as well. Will 100% recommend Bela Ria"
