"The hotel is absolutely great. Driving up to it is very impressive and the inside is nice as well. The check in staff was very helpful too. We had drinks and ate at the bar for a light dinner and we were all very happy with our food, even our 3 kids. The breakfast buffet was great too. "The mini bus arrangement is absolutely a mess. We booked the shuttle bus and as a result of having no seats. I have to pay extra money to go to the hotel at the end. I complained and the receptionist gave me an email to report this issue and no reply from the hotel yet. The facility in the room is always having problems. We had booked for 4 rooms, one room with broken hair dryer and one room with noise in the bathroom (no idea where the noise coming from) and half broke sink the water goes down...

"I made a reservation because the hotel offered an airport shuttle service. However, since the vehicle only accommodated six or seven passengers, it couldn't transport many guests to the airport. In the end, our group of four had to call a regular taxi early in the morning and pay 70 euros to get to the airport."
