"The hotel was pretty good but I see why it was a bit cheaper than other places. It took forever to check in, and their explanation of how to get to our room was terrible. We ended up on the wrong elevator, then we and another guest were wondering around on the 12th floor trying to figure out how to get to the other tower. The place is a bit of a maze. Our room was OK, the bathroom was a bit dated and the kitchen floor was bouncy. It was just well worn in I guess, nothing majour, I know we are in...

"I stayed at this hotel from October 21, 2026 to October 25, 2026 and I left with many pickets on my arm and neck, I attended the Doctor and he told me that they were bedbug pickets.
What a terrible experience being prestigious hotels. The carpet was also very dirty."

"The location was great and the staff were great but the inability to get food or have a restaurant or a lounge or even a place to really work was nonexistent room service is zero the phone down to the front desk is an old rotary phone and every time I called it was say it was busy I couldn't get through but the staff was incredibly helpful location was easy to go out and find restaurants etc. so the other thing was it had a remote control for the TV that took an engineer to try and figure out...

"The room was a beautiful city view especially at night with the lights. The hotel is attached to the Jay's stadium and you could see the stadium from the restaurant on the main floor. It was a really cool experience. All the staff we met were more than helpful, from the front desk to the servers in the restaurant as well as the housekeepers. It was a fantastic weekend getaway."

"I loved the beauty of the lobby. Loved our large Room with high windows. Loved how they blended the old with the new in the structure of the hotel.
We didn't like our bathroom - far too small for my husband who is 6 ft 7" tall."
