"I can't really comment on the hotel itself as I couldnt get checked in due to lacking a card (despite having already paid for the booking).
I've never been treated more disrespectfully in many years of traveling as I was by this hotel. Because of them I had to sleep at the airport as a solo female traveller. Absolutely atrocious way to treat anyone, let alone a guest."

"The hotel was amazing and all the staff so friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was very clean beautiful room. Plenty of staff always opening the door and greeting us when coming in and leaving. Loved the complimentary lemon and lime water in lobby and on our floor. Also the area is quiet and beds very comfortable. We will stay again for sure. "

"We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were all very friendly and helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. The rooms were very clean and had great amenities, very comfortable beds and chairs. The location was perfect, lots of amazing restaurants (especially Sang-ji bao next door) and great coffee shops close by. There is also a bus stop to union station and Eaton centre just around the corner. "
