"First time in Quebec city - loved everything about it. I could not believe that the young women not only carried the heavy suitcases up and down the stairs, but refused a tip as we were leaving. I have never heard of that in my life, anywhere in the world. Very European, totally walkable city. Loved hearing French everywhere."

"Facing the st Lawrence River and the Park du Guvernors, stones throw to Chateau Frontenac..who could ask for a better location. Lovely room, bright light from windows, a kitchenette and a sofa made our stay very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned well. Complimentary espresso machine, a wine machine, beautiful spa, and nice roof terrace. Easy walks to anything we wanted to do. This is now my favourite place to stay. "

"Great property, excellent location, friendly staff, very clean and proper. The only criticism I would make is the parking. I do understand that they don’t have a parking area, but it would make them extremely desirable and preferable much more than now if they had make an agreement with the parking facility across the street, absorb the fee and offer complimentary parking to the guests. This would give them an amazing competitive advantage and drive the occupancy. "

"Hidden treasure !! Loved the QUIET..!!, excellent rooms and bathroom, the breakfast is AMAZING....& GREAT COFFEE. Very walk-able within the Old Quebec City...did not need a car for what we wanted to experience. The Promenade, Chateau Frontenac, Citadel, walk top of citadel walls, amazing restaurants which we need to return to try more!
