Tout est excellent. L’hôtel est agréable ainsi que son personnel. Il manquait peut-être juste une machine à café dans la chambre. The room and bathroom were large and very clean. \The room was made up every other day and I would have preferred that the garbage cans were emptied each day. This was done immediately upon request. The location is amazing, for carnival, parking, and access to restaurants and shops in the old city. The staff are amazing, extremely friendly and accommodating. The ambiance of the dining area and open space is quaint and inviting. And the room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The only thing was that the TV and remote either would pause or not work at times, but we weren’t there much so it wasn’t a big deal. They think it was due to too many people trying to stream the Olympics at once, but they already had a technician looking into it. We would gladly stay here again!
