"The place was very clean and cozy. The architecture has modern as well as antique vibe to it. Breakfast included was very nice with plenty of options. The best part definitely was location, close everything. Would highly recommend."

"Bed and pillows uncomfortable, the hotel has had renovations but enhanced only certain parts. The door to our room had a 3 inch gap between floor and door. It was not all bad, the hotel was clean, decent amenities just unfortunate situations sometimes. We purchased a parking pass with our stay and the hotel insisted on not giving us the pass as our ticket was supposed to scan the free stay. Well, it did not. We had to pay twice to be turned around and manage the refund ourselves with the parking company etc. A mess. We had a great visit in Quebec but will not be staying there again."

"We had an indoor balcony room and that was really nice with the kids. Property is an easy walk to the old city. Pool was very nice and the hot tub was awesome."
