"Had a terrible experience with the luggage person working at night after going out for dinner got to hotel and asked the luggage person that where could I buy me some beer and he told he could help me took me up stairs to the bar and it was closed so he than told me he would get it from somewhere else but he need some money so I gave him some cash for couple beers and he never returned took of with my money that was terrible the same staff ripped me off beware guys don’t trust them they should’ve never hired people like that guy stay save"

"Address in app was different from where the actual location I stayed, Please update that. They were able to managed to arrange a shuttle to the next location which was about 10-15 minutes distance; however the reason I chose this hotel it was for the location near the airport."

"Bathroom had some mold otherwise good stay."

"El servicio al cliente muy bueno. Cometí un error al agendar el hotel y muy amablemente. El gerente ignoró mi error y nos permitió arreglar todo ahí mismo.. nuestra recámara tenía dos camas, aire acondicionado, televisión, la verdad, todo muy cómodo y el lugar está muy bonito muy elegante"

"My family and I stayed in a big room with 3 queen beds. 2 of them together and the 3rd in a different little room. They had all the towels, shampoo and body wash all ready. The only thing was that the top floor was being remodeled and we couldn’t use the pool. Breakfast was very plain, however the front office lady was very nice and sweet. She made toast and coffee for us which was the only thing available but her customer service was excellent!"
