We have been staying in this hotel almos every time we visit my uncle in Tampico. Very clean, staff is very professional. Our last stay was on December 2025 my husband withdrew money from the ATM in their lobby before checking out, we received a call from the staff to let us know the card was left inside de machine. Very honest staff. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff was super attentive and prompt on anything we asked. If u sign up for use of the van they take u and ur guests as long as u tip so no need for taxis. We payed for the morning buffet and it was worth it 6am-12noon. Staff was excellent. All around great stay.

It is a nice hotel. The staff is very attentive. The room was excellent and comfortable. However, the hotel entrance is too small and the parking lot is also small there are a few stores and restaurants around. It is close to a road with a lot of traffic. You need a car or a taxi if you want to visit turistic areas
